Recruitment and Selection Process

The 91¿´Æ¬ (BIU) recruits on a continuous, needs-based basis. All recruitment-related inquiries must be directed to: [email protected]. Candidates requesting on-the-spot interviews or meetings with HR or the Vice Chancellor will be politely advised to submit their CV via email for proper consideration. BIU is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and equal opportunity recruitment process. Vacancies are advertised through the official university website as well as local and international job platforms.

Selection Process

Interested candidates undergo a structured three-stage recruitment process:

1. Initial Interview (HR Stage) Conducted by the Human Resources team to assess general suitability, qualifications, and alignment with BIU values.

2. Academic/Departmental Interview Shortlisted candidates meet with the Head of School or Programme Lead for a more in-depth evaluation of subject expertise and teaching capability.

3. Final Assessment and Leadership Meeting Candidates are required to deliver a teaching demonstration or present a recent research publication. This is followed by a meeting with the leadership team, where BIU’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives are presented.

Throughout the process, candidates are kept informed of their progress. BIU ensures that all applicants are treated equitably, and that selection decisions are made transparently based on merit.
