Dr. Mala Sadik is a Lecturer in the International Foundation Programme, where he teaches the Foundation of Computing module. He completed his bachelor鈥檚 degree with first class honours in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Aston University in Birmingham, UK. To further develop his expertise, he pursued a PhD in Engineering at Aston University with a research focus on photon counting instrumentation. His areas of interest include embedded systems, digital electronics, internet of things (IoT) and the application of artificial intelligence in education. He is committed to delivering high quality, student-focused teaching and to supporting learners in developing strong foundational skills in computing and problem solving.
